Match Endpoint - win/loss/draw result attribute

This update improves the match endpoint with a new result attribute in home.score and away.score. Once a match is completed, this result explicitly declares which squad won the match, which lost or if both squads tied for a draw result.

Season Endpoint last completed fix

This update fixes the Season endpoint's lastCompleted attribute so that it correctly returns the last completed match in that season to date. This was due to a bug that arose after the AFL Premiership Opening Round Queensland matches were cancelled.
